If you are dissatisfied with a Helite product we will make it right. You may return your purchase for a full refund (or an exchange) within 20 days as long as everything is in the same condition that it was received. Products returned after 20 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products that have been used or altered are non returnable. Please allow 2-3 weeks after we receive your return or exchange for your account to register the credit.
If you are returning your vest or jacket, please include a short note about the nature of the return. This will help us process the request in a quick timely manner.
WARRANTY POLICY
All Helite vests and jackets are covered by a two year manufacturer's warranty against defects etc. Helite can repair and service your airbag after a crash if needed. We charge for servicing on a case by case basis.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions.
- Login into your account,
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
- Click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by our Customer Service department.
