The airbag vest offers a big protection volume and is equipped with a 100% autonomous electronic system that is ready to use and easy to reuse. Thanks to its ultra-fast inflation (80 ms), it ensures optimal protection of vital areas: cervical, back, pelvis, sacrum and thorax before ground impact.
Designed for the road, the airbag vest is provided with retro-reflective strips offering high visibility day and night and also in bad weather.
Even with gloves, the vest is easy to open and close thanks to its resistant clips. Small objects can be put in the exterior pocket.

Helite E-Turtle 2 Vest
The construction is top notch and the vest wears very well on top of my Aerostitch two piece suit. I chose the Hi-Vis for conspicuity reasons and am pleased with the color, I hope to never need the vest while riding, but am confident it will work as designed if needed.

Very nice vest!
I really like the vest. It looks really nice. It's very easy to turn the device on and off. I haven't used it during hot weather yet. But it fits comfortably over my motorcycle jackets. The bright color means that I am more visible to the cars around me.

Very well made, excellent customer service, potentially life-saving
I love my new E-Turtle 2! It is comfortable and easy to use. The charging is a non-issue; The vest seems to last 3-5 days of actual riding per charge, and at night, it is as easy to charge as my phone. Once I removed the back protector from my riding jacket and wore the vest for a few rides, I didn't even notice it, but I did feel MUCH safer. We all know too many riding buddies who wish they were wearing one when they went down or hit a deer. Very well made, excellent customer service, potentially life-saving. E Turtle
It's been only over a week and 2800 miles so far but, it now I don't realise that there's another jacket over my armoured one. I removed the built in back protector, as there's already a better one in my jacket.
Vert convenient that there's no lanyard to attach any more and hope the E Turtle does register a fall or impact even without the additional fork sensor, which isn't currently available.
Over all, it's light weight and unobtrusive.
Sizing may need an exchange for a smaller or larger but very happy with it. -

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed and built, this vest is a must-have for any rider that believes that the safety and well-being of their body is worth this price tag. It's literally a bargain when you think about it. Helite customer service (thanks Knut and Patrick!) is stellar. If you are thinking about this purchase, just pull the trigger. Phenomenal quality!
This is my second Helite Turtle vest (the first was the tether model) purchased Helite Moto in the U.S., and I just can't sing Helite's praises loudly enough. I will not ride one mile without the vest because I know it affords me the ultimate in safety. The quality is superb, and I know that (God forbid) if I'm ever in a situation where it needs to deploy, I'm poised for the best possible outcome.
